Delivery & Orders
We offer free delivery on the products we supply within the UK. Orders are sent using Parcelforce. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is also available at an additional charge.
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Most orders sent by Parcelforce are normally delivered within around 48 hours of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
Yes. Our dispatched orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to you by email. If you created an account during checkout, you can also use your account to check the status of your order.
Returns & Faults
If your product arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on the next steps.
If you notify us within 30 days, we will arrange for the product to be collected at no charge. After 30 days, please contact us before returning an item so that we can advise you on the appropriate repair or return process.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Payments & Security
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We can also accept payment by bank transfer; please call us on 028 9061 7565 if you would like to arrange this with a member of our team.
Yes. Card payments made through our website are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full debit or credit card details on our website.
Warranty & Support
Our products are supplied with a 6 month return-to-base warranty. If you experience a problem, please contact us before returning the product so that we can advise you on the next steps.
After the first 30 days, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility under the warranty unless otherwise agreed with us. Our warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
